$275 per golfer or $1,000 per foursome if your money is received by April
1st.
$300 per golfer or $1,100 per foursome after April 1st.
Includes green fees, cart, practice balls, box lunch, goodie
bag, tee prizes & banquet dinner. $40 Dinner Only. if you
are a golfer and want to bring a guest to dinner only, the
cost is $30. Bring 10 guests for $250 ($25 per person)

addition to golfers and sponsors, we need
donated items to be auctioned and raffled off during the evening
program. Last year donors provided sporting goods, gift certificates,
vacations, and various items for our auction.

The company name will appear on the main item (shirt) comprising the “tee
prize package”. The company will also receive recognition as the Tee Prize

staging area prior to the tournament.
